Access Procedures

NDMAS uses role-based access control to ensure users are getting streamlined access to datasets relevant to them. This process also ensures users are aware of the points of contacts that can assist in accurate interpretation of the data and use of the NDMAS data delivery system.

To request access, send an email request via this link including the programs or data sets you are interested in accessing. This will ensure we add you to the appropriate user groups so you can access your data of interest. A list of all available program data is available on the public NDMAS home page.

We will follow up with your request for access with a request for minimally required identification and contact information to create an account for access. Access for international (non-US citizen) users will additionally require a security plan to accompany the access and use of NDMAS. These are requirements for INL information technology security.

When the account (and if required, a security plan) is created, we will reach back out to you with the appropriate links for accessing the requested NDMAS datasets, login instructions, points of contact, and general use guidelines. For future reference, the login instructions will also be available here.
